PREPARE FOR YOUR MOVE: Policies & Guidelines

Accessibility Policy

For the safety of our team and your property, we do not move equipment up or down stairs. All service locations must provide safe access via ground-level entry, ramp, or elevator.

Before scheduling your move, please ensure that both the pickup and drop-off locations provide a clear and accessible path for the machines to be transported. This includes entrances, hallways, loading areas, and any elevators required during the move.

If our team arrives on-site and determines that stairs are required to complete the move, we will be unable to proceed with the service.

Measurement Requirement

To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, clients are responsible for measuring all vending machines and the pathways they will travel through, including doorways, hallways, elevators, and entry points, prior to scheduling.

Accurate measurements allow us to verify that equipment can be safely transported and help prevent delays or complications on the day of service.

If measurements provided are inaccurate or incomplete, and our team determines upon arrival that the machines cannot safely pass through the required areas, this may result in additional service fees and/or forfeiture of the deposit.

Final determination of accessibility is made on-site at the time of service.

Delivery Schedule

Our standard delivery window is Monday through Friday during regular business hours. When submitting a booking request, you will be asked to provide a preferred delivery date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that delivery dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. After your request is submitted, we will review the details of your move and follow up to finalize and confirm your appointment.

We recommend scheduling your move in advance, as availability may vary based on demand and travel distance.

Booking & Payment Policy

After your request is received, a Clancy's Vending team member will contact you with your quote. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your service date, with the remaining balance due on the day of service. Further payment instructions will be provided on your invoice.

Scope of Service

Clancy's Vending moving services include the safe transportation and delivery of vending machines between locations, with placement as instructed upon arrival.

Please note that our moving services do not include installation, stocking, programming, configuration, or repair of vending machines. Our responsibility is limited to the transportation and delivery of the equipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring machines are properly prepared for transport, including being emptied, unplugged, and ready to move prior to our team’s arrival.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that schedules can change and that your time is valuable. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.

If your plans change, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
